The buttery biscuits of Mère Poulard , carry the know-how and culinary reputation of Normandy. These crunchy and light biscuits from Mont-Saint-Michel, France are made with respect for the traditional recipe of the famous La Mère Poulard. La Mère Poulard biscuits are prepared as they were in the past, from fresh, natural products, without colouring or preservatives. They are therefore made essentially with three main ingredients, wheat flour, butter and sugar, and according to proportions that have been kept secret since 1888.

WHEAT flour (France), BUTTER (24%), sugar, EGGS(2.6%), EGGS yolk powder (1.3%), salt, natural vanilla flavouring, caramel (glucose syrup, water, sugar).
